I have never been completely insulted in my life! I have been a faithful and loyal customer for nearly 2yrs. I have spent from $70-$140 a month on their services and thats including tip. I have been so loyal there that everyone in salon knows who I am and always greets me with great service. The last 2 visits, I have encountered some unfriendly service by who i believe can either be the owner's sister or some kind of relative. After a busy long day at work, I decided to get my manicure and pedicure before heading to the dentist. I arrived at the salon around 6:15pm. After finishing my pedi and mani she told me "Next time I must tip her if I come here." As she walked me to the nail dryer....I was shocked on what I thought was inappropriate. I asked her to repeat herself and she did. She stated that I didn't tip her and continued to raise her voice. She conitues to say that I don't ever tip her or any of the ladies in the salon.
