Wanted something unique for my Dad's wake-chose a beautiful design from the book. I only asked for it to be made larger and to add a design element to give a flair to the concept. No major changes... Considering their many years in the business, I believed that my request was understood as I was assured. Not so. The entire design was completely off, the original concept was lost to the over-abundance of randomly placed flowers. I was mortified at my Father's viewing. The icing on the cake was the casket pillow that I was charged more than double for compared to two others ordered from competing florists! They were the same size and same flowers (different colors). McMasters really missed mark this time. Sorry it was at my Dad's expense. Dee's Florist next time... ...read more
