Hair disaster nightmare. went for highlights came out with over processed hair that was falling out basically melted off, and had to have it cut off when I told him I didn't want to cut my hair.I wanted my hair blonder came out with muddier grey looking hair that is now horribly damaged.He applied a color to my already blonde hair and had me under dryer while he ran errands at bank, rinsed that mess then added fried lights not highlights.And lets not forget the girl who added conditioner to my hair that stuck her finger in bottle to pull out product without gloves causing contamination...I was.never was offered a refund they charged me full price for a terrible hair experience would not recommend......... ...read more
