I have had Clark install central air in my first house, a new furnace in my second home. I recommended them for work at my parents, aunts, cousins and neighbors. All resulting in jobs. The circuit board to my boiler went, and I called them to come and fix it. A part needed to be ordered. They said they would call and let me know it was ordered and when to expect it. They never did. I had to call the next day, and they acted like I was bothering them. I was guaranteed that the part would be in the next day and they would install it immediately. I took a day off of work, and had to call 4 times (10:00, 1:00, 3:00 and 4:00) to see if the part had come in. Once again, like I was bothering them. Funny thing is, they told me to call back each time. Finally at 4:15 I get a call back from their service manager to tell me the part has not arrived. So much for their guarantee. We had a new heating and air conditioning unit installed. I had to call them back because of major air leakage on the furnace they installed, outside AC unit wiring let exposed and a big gap in where the wiring meets the house.
