I absolutely regret ever doing business with them. My husband had ordered flowers and a big teddy bear. They only delivered the flowers and didn't explain they didn't have bears or say anything at the time of delivery or at the time the order was placed. Then after a lot of complaining they delivered a small teddy bear and some leftover halloween candy. When I went into the shop to speak to the owner she was rude and disrespectful and instead of trying to make up for getting my order completely wrong she started yelling at me and blaming it on everyone else.
