TERRIBLE service. Ordered food, they lost the ticket, waited 2 hrs. Called and spoke to General Manager Seth who was rude and hung up on me. Then fought me on the refund but finally agreed and said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Of course he did not. Called Seamless Web and they said the refund was never requested. Luckily Seamless took care of it. It is sad since their food is somewhat decent, at least compared to other places in JC. ...read more
