I had the displeasure of using this store twice to ship a fed-ex package. Both times I had the same staff associate, and older gentleman with glasses my first visit he packed my laptop in a box and shipped it via a pre-paid label I had with fed-ex. The packing cost was $10. This was extremely high. He was not terribly rude but was not pleasant by any means. The second time I visited I had to mail an item via FedEx but required no packing. He wouldn't take my printed sheet with the RMA number I was requested. I asked why and he was defensive and rude and wouldn't accept it. I asked him to scan the barcode from my iPhone then, and he refused. He began yelling at me. I went to the packing and shipping place in Matawan tje same day and the staff member scanned my form and mailed package with no problem. ...read more
