Although this building sits in a prime location and some of the residents are very nice - it is far from being great. The fees that this association charges are well above the market value for the ownership of a unit. The property management is probably one of the worst in the entire state of New Jersey. The lobby is so ugly and don't get me started on the elevators. I feel so bad for the people who own units in this building. The Baridge house is a great place to live. Prime location and the residents are extremely friendly. This building is without question one of the nicest CONDO (Not COOP) buildings available on prospect ave in Hackensack (aside from maybe the Camelot). Our condo fees are well below average for the quality of the building compared to those on prospect ave (fees are less than half of what residents are paying in the Camelot). ...read more

With all the beautiful highrises on Prospect, The Baridge is the shabbyist one on the block. It is in need of powerwashing/refurbishing on the outside (bricks are black) and the gates on Golf are unsightly and appear to be falling apart. You charge plenty for the homeowners fee, for what, I don't know. Take pride in the building's appearance & restore it to how beautiful it probably was at one time. ...read more
