I will never go back there. I filled out their survey a few months ago online and said: the lady was very nice but I asked for cream cheese on the side and she put it on my bagel. Which is exactly what happened. Anyway, I went back after I filled out the review and the woman confronted me about it. She knew it was me by the coffee I ordered... she said "you filled out the survey and got me in trouble, maybe I misunderstood what you said but I know it was you". Um.
