Worst place I've been to, not accommodating to non-whites! Beware, not the place for AFRICAN AMERICANS, ASIANS, or HISPANICS! Pretty much the whole world! Came to visit a friend in the area, wanted salon services&found this place on my way home. Should have noticed the minute I walked in, that I went back in time and was the only "special one" there. I walked in, spoke to a woman, who I think was the manager/owner, she approached me quite passive-aggressively when she spoke. I requested I needed my hair done but whether there was a stylist specific to my hair. She told me that there was no here qualified for my needs & walked away. She came out quite rude & offensive. She didn't even apologize for her comment or willing offer any other services they provided based on my race & just walked off assuming I should leave. i am so dissapointed with da vi nails. when i first started going i thought they were the best. clean, friendly, and always did a really nice job. i always had kim do my nails and wax my eyebrows. i went on a sunday and kim had called out so jen did a pink and white refill for me. let me just say that my nails look horrible. i was almost holding back tears as she was ruining my nails. i imagine she can do regular acrylics but she CAN NOT do pink and white. my nails are aching, they're uneven, sloppy, over all - they're embarassing. i can't even tell you how many people even commented on them. this is enough to make me stop going there. i didn't even tip. ...read more
