the people who run the building are terrible. if you dont tip them at holidays and so forth they forget to hand in your rent check. they take forever to make repairs. then when u move out they allow relatives to stay there until the unit is rented again. they dont make repairs then try to charge you for them when u move out. my ac unit drain broke and totally flooded the apt on a weekend i was away. they threw down some baking soda then didnt return to vacuum it up for 5 days i finally did it myself. then they wanted me to sign a bill they obviously made on computer for 393 bucks for a carpet cleaning service. which was them throwing down powder. then 7 months after im gone i get a letter saying im being charged 1340 dollars to recarpet the appt due to mold and mildew from some sort of spill. i fought it and won but im warning you now stay away and beware there kids run unsupervised all over building. the woman washes clothes on the side and uses all the machines. beware ...read more
