I was apprehensive about using this contractor for work on my home because of the negative reviews and comments on-line. I then checked with the Better Business Bureau and discovered NO UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS against this contractor in spite of the large volume of work they do. The very professional sales rep who came to my home addressed all of my concerns. He offered a contract for the project at a fair price and budget I could live with, along with a work schedule that put me and my family first.
