I moved into the Cherry Hill Towers in mid February. Our cable is Viking Cable. I never thought I would say how much I love & miss Comcast but Viking Cable is the most outdated cable service I have ever. Viking doesn't offer HD service. They also don't have channel menus, on demand, ppv and many other services. Next I will move on to the air conditioner which sounds leaf blower or lawn mover!! I dare anyone to try and watch a 30 minute show from start to finish without having to adjust the sound on the television at least 5 times. I haven't had the pleasure of getting stuck in th elevator like my husband and many other tenants I know have. Many times they don't work and it's time to take the stairs, which is just so much fun when you come home from grocery shopping. The washer/dryer all in one units that are in the apartments are pretty cool LOOKING, however that is about it. I mean unless it doesn't bother you that it takes close to 4 hours to do ONE LOAD of laundry that still will come out somewhat damp. Oh the staff at the Cherry Hill Towers, what shall I say besides how unresponsive they are. Well let me say that the maintenance men are absolutely wonderful, they are SO NICE and so quick to help with anything. That being said the actual office staff, whose names I never know since they turn over their staff more times then I call to complain, which trust me, is often!!! They pass the buck, never return calls, say it's out of their hands and basically do nothing but feed you lies so they can get you off the phone. All the cabinets have been quickly installed and done pretty shabbily. I have had to have them all fixed in my kitchen. One of our bathrooms already had to be fixed due to mold growing. The other bathrooms fixtures hadn't been properly installed either. For the price of the apartments this place isn't worth the aggravation.
