worst customer service for a mac store. went in and asked for 15 eyeshadow holding eyeshadow palette and got home to find they rang me up for and gave me a blush palette. asked them to mail the right one to my friend and she would mail the wrong one back- they promised to do this up and down and i called daily to check on the status only to find they were never mailing it after more than a week. awful customer service ...read more

Nasty customer service.. her name was Natalie. I call to make an appointment for my daughter's makeup and she was very nasty on the phone.
