If I base the rating on the customer service it would be zero. Their customer services is the worst. The lady in accounting" Valentia" (she sounds Russian or something) has no business talking to clients. She is rude, uncultured and has no manners. The staff who work hard on helping patients (and they are really good) are being poorly represented by having terrible people who have first access to potential customers. I was interested in taking some of the care offered for a long term (a year's worth) but that did not stop " Valentia" -" head of accounting and customer service" from being obnoxious and she did not care if she was reported for her behavior. Went with a deal purchased through Living Social - performed no service except file nails badly and paint them for the mani/pedi package. When asked about lotion or foot scrubbing was rudely told"NOT with the package" Pay extra and you can have it! Full paying customers were being treated fine. ...read more

i'm a little unsure about my feelings toward my visits. visits are extremely expensive. he will charge you up to $60 dollars for a bottle of herbs!! i looked them up on the internet and saw that they are really about $15 or so... i feel like i've been ripped off and have seen little to no change in my condition.. i don't know if he keeps me there to make $ or if he really thiks he can help me. over all, i feel as though i 'm over my visits and am going to stop now. ...read more
