Benefits of living here- nice view,close to the beach,that's it. For the expensive price u pay to live here it also comes with plenty of noise almost 24hrs a day,not only from drug trafficking,but a landloard who could care less weather your water is shut of 1-3 x a week without notification,or if your apartment is cold or having problems with out of control noisy neighbors.I moved happily after realizing the the owner/landloard could care less about his false advertisement of this place "peacful" as long as he gets his money he has no care of the rest of the surroundings. Say hello to him,,right off you'll see,,he's nothing but a con."yes this place is quiet and very kept up,anything goes wrong i'll take care of it right away" so he says,and never does.Owner's who rent to people should care about their residents,considering we are paying for the trust and comfort of home.Trust me,,you will not get that here.Overpriced and very overrated. ...read more
