Went to Vincenzo's last night April 13, 2010. First time at new place. Very disappointed. Had better food and service at old place. Crab bisque came out cold. At least the bread was hot. Asked for more bread waitress forgot and offered to bring after we had finished our meal and were ready to leave. I ordered the Crab Ravioli. Very disappointed. The ravioli was so thin it only had one side.They buried under a lot of sauce. Got five ravioli with a hint of crab meat. Got two bowls of sou for $15.99. We went to dinner last night, Saturday 10/24. Restaurant was very busy and we had to wait which was OK. Unfortunately hostess forgot about us and started seating other parties who arrived after us. Service was mediocre at best. Server didn't check back at all and we had to constantly try and get her attention. The food was good, not great, but good. Unfortunately this was overshadowed by the host and wait staff. I hope moving to a larger facility won't be your demise. ...read more
