During the cold snap of below zero temperatures recently, the handle/latch on our wood stove broke. After calls to several local businesses (one in Meredith who informed us it would be at least a week before they were able to order and get the part), we thankfully found The Burning Bush who found the part in stock. We were told by Felix that they would take care of us that day, even if it meant taking a handle off a wood stove in stock and ordering a part to replace their stock. They were efficient and intent on taking care of us so we were not without our wood stove heat. We cannot say enough good about this business and will definitely go to The Burning Bush Home Center any time we need parts for our Hearth Stone wood stove. When it is time to upgrade our stove, we will be going to the Burning Bush. TOP NOTCH customer service that you just do not find these days.
