I had been very burned before, and lost thousands of dollars do to outrages prices, and shotty workmanship with other computer shops. Including the big name guys. Do to down time waiting for my machine or just plain old rip offs. I had lost thousands of dollars to these guys. So when I walked into RX I was to say the least apprehensive of any computer shop. But to say the least these guys have not only gained my trust (very quickly) but they have all my business as well as my friends out there in the industry. They are trust worthy, knolagable, and understand to the needs of personal use or business use. I wont take my nor my families machines any where else. I have purchased my New Business machine this year from RX-Computers of Rochester, and I cant tell you how much of a relief it is that I have.
