Northern Extremes were rude, unhelpful, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I am a very easy person to please. Readers BEWARE. Choose another company. if they expect to have a good reputation and customer base they need to learn good customer service skills and not have people working for them that are accepting beer from their customers. I have read many reviews listing them as friendly and funny - I feel like it must have been a totally different company from what I experienced!! my family and i rented canoes the prizes were right and the drivers were every thing we could of asked for a driver, they were polite great with our kids would not let us carry our canoe they said the only time we should touch our canoe was when we sat in it, they were great. they deserve a raise, i think there names were matt and chris it was the first time i ever went down the river with you guy. i always went with saco bound but they did not compare. your drivers make it a perfect trip rain or shine. thank you guys, i look foward to my next trip with matt and chris. ...read more
