I am a wood flooring contractor that has been putting in wood floors for nearly thirty years. Never before have I come across a group of people as uncouth, socially awkward, rude, or intellectually stunted as arlen company. Any complaints they may have ( real or imagined) are dealt with by multiple agents of the company bombarding you with phone calls, text messages, and pictures. Work is examined with a halogen lamp. While thier own work is less than perfect. After leaving a pile of empty boxes in the living room, I was given a note by the boss (Matt traffie) that engaged in childish name calling. I was called a liar and a pig. Both firsts in my thirty years of doing this. Also, there is a strong undercurrent of cultism that run throughout the job site.
