This nail salon is the worst place I have ever been to. I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and I asked the girl to just clean them up a bit but to leave the shape alone. While she was working on me she was talking to another worker and not paying attention. When I was done she had taken off half my eye brow. When I looked in the mirror I almost started crying. She wouldn't even acknowledge that anything was wrong. She tried to make up excuses and would not even own up to the fact that she messed up. I had to ask for my money back. She refunded me but then quickly left me standing alone in the front of the store with no apology or anything. I didn't even know how else to handle the situation so I just left. My left eye brow had the entire front of it missing and the back part of was an entirely different shape than the right. Not only do they have no skills but very poor customer service as well. I recently had my nails done here and now I have an infection on my fingers. The salon was dirty and the tools used were not cleaned. There was a very strong odor in the salon-one I don't remember smelling at other salons-classic signs of MMA-a prohibited substance; their prices were also the cheapest around-$18. for a fill. This salon was a total blast everyone funny and down to earth the manicures and pedicures were fabulous..... Great job - large selection of nail polish almost too many to choose from ........ We went for a 40th bday party and the best part of the party was going to this salon. We laughed so hard and we looked beautiful and we are now regulars clients of the nail salon we have our pedicures and manicures faithfully every month and look forward to seeing everyone in the salon.
