This review is in reference to Raven's customer service and not her abilities. I live out of state (not in NH). A good friend of my wife frequents Raven Duclos and sings her praises. I decided to give her a try. My wife made an appointment for a reading via email for me since I was going to be in NH for a few days. I showed up to Raven's place only to find that she was not there and her daughter told me "Yeah she told me to tell you to reschedule" and gave me a phone number with a mailbox that was full-so no msg could be left. No email in advance to let me know she had to cancel. No email after the fact either. I know that things happen that are beyond our control. But any response would have been the professional thing to do. We felt so awful - So let down. How can we ever go back to her? If our time and money mean nothing to her ($40 for 15 minutes isn't a drop in the bucket) and she obviously doesn't care enough to contact her customers - how can we trust her?
