I recently brought several shirts to Mugz’ Ink for printing . The sales associate ASSURED me they would look great on the material. Still hesitant she said “I will give you a deal”. I am more upset by the poor customer service than the poor quality. When picking up the shirts I found that the lettering was discolored and appeared to be peeling off. The shirts were stretched and wrinkled. I went back to explain the problem & see if there was something more she could do. She said she had noticed that too. She tells me if I want to purchase another shirt she would re-do it for half-price. To be clear, she wanted me to purchase another shirt, on top of the one that I had already paid for, to charge me again for a mistake that she made, then reminds me she had given me a deal. Finally with my suggestion she used the press again to melt the adhesive.
