My husband and I had a washer delivery scheduled for 1230-230PM, on 9/8. It's now more then 24 hours later and we've spoken to more then 6 customer service representatives who can not seem to help us coordinate delivery of the machine. Even after explaning that I'm expecting our first child on Saturday, no one seemed to have the common decency to help us try and solve this problem. We were told the machine would be delivered at 7AM this morning only to be informed that the machine had been shipped back to the Kington warehouse. WE were told that the delivery team needed a smaller truck for the drop off; however, that was only after I initiated the phone call to customer service inquiring as to why my delivery was over an hour and a half late yesterday. If I had not initiated that phone call, we would not have been informed that Sears had no intention of delivering the appliance in the scheduled time frame.
