Did I mention they are rude? I went to both locations and they both need customer service skills. After stopping by this location I decided to go to Seabrook. They tried to sell me "one of the best peices" that the Hinsdale location said was "garbage". After I figured out that they're more interested in putting my greenbacks in their pockets, I checked out a couple other stores. Phantom is over priced but very nice. I went to Atomic and spent some of my money there. The prices are even better than Fantasy prices and they did throw in freebies, which is common with most of the stores. I spent the rest of my money at Rockingham Fireworks and again got some freebies. Of all the stores I checked, Atomic and Rockingham has the upperhand with prices, knowledge and customer service. I read the review above and decided to check out both stores. It's true that Phantom Fireworks is better staffed and has a better setup than Fantasy Fireworks. Get beyond that and get to the pricing, though, and Fantasy Fireworks shines. Even with the buy-one-get-one free deal at Phantom Fireworks, the prices were still generally cheaper here. Plus, I wasn't even charged for a couple of items and was given a couple of freebies, though I can't say if this is standard practice. In any event, unless there were a spectacular offer at Phantom Fireworks or they had something which I couldn't find here, then I'll spend my greenbacks at Fantasy Fireworks and get more bang for my bucks...sorry for the pun. ...read more

I wound up driving down to Fantasy Fireworks after stopping first at Phantom. This place is much better. It may not have a big chain name or flashy showroom but they have good deals. Everything is BOGO and sometimes they are BOGT. Their prices are great, they have fantastic assortments and more in stock than Phantom.
