Never in my life, have I met anyone as rude or condescending as the owner of Hebert’s Used Auto Parts. Here’s why. After going to his Salvage Yard in search of some parts, we were initially met with a kind atmosphere and were looking forward to picking parts. We followed the directions he gave at the onset and came back to the office to pay for the parts. To my surprise, he accused me and my father of simply walking into his yard without checking in and stealing parts. He demanded to search our vehicle and reminded him that we had spoken with him earlier. We were nothing but respectful and polite, even apologetic! Once he had been proven wrong, his hostility did not disappear and no apology was given. In addition, he lectured us on, “how things work here.” Again, we were overly apologetic about any misunderstanding or inconvenience. Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I was bad mouthed by a man who claimed to be an owner (Adam?) I will never buy parts from a place like this. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Dont walk, RUN away from this place. ...read more
