I attended a recent wedding and The Bride had her dress altered by Cynthia and ended up without her dress on her Wedding Day! Cynthia went missing 3 days before the wedding and couldn't be found until days after the wedding. We called everywhere and everyone looking for Cynthia. All the information she had given for her rental space and website turned out to be fake. We never were able to track her down & actually worried for her. turns out Cynthia had just taken a long weekend to go camping. Her shop locked up with the Brides dress & also the mother of the Brides dress. When she finally returned to her shop, days after the wedding the Bride went to retrieve her dress and was given no apology and was promptly asked to settle her bill. the Bride did eventually get her and her mother's dresses, but it was bittersweet.
