The new session for group classes at Woodruff Physical Therapy in Chester, NH begins September 9. Circuit Training classes(similar to boot camp but lower impact) are held on Monday nights at 5:00 pm&Wednesday; nights at 7:45 pm. Mat Pilates classesare held on Monday nights at 6:15 pm, Wednesday afternoons at 4:30 pm, and Friday mornings at 9:00 am.
