This individual failed to mention that he did not leave a phone number for the business to contact him, until after he called to check on the status of his vehicle. A fuel pump and serpentine belt were replaced, however an alternator and spark plugs/wires were not. He also did not call back to report the problem with his fuel gauge. It's rather hard to repair something when the mechanic is not made aware of the issue. I know this because during that time, I was employed with Main Street Auto Care. I can affirm that they try their very best to please the customers and will do whatever they can to remedy a problem if possible. I am only giving this place one star because this website made me give them something. I am very unpleased with their service. Granted, it took them only an hour to come to my college and tow it; it took a week of me waiting to finally call them to find out what was wrong with my car (which they said they would know the day of and call me, which didn't happen). After a week of waiting to find out whats wrong, it took another week of me waiting to find out that it had been fixed for 4 days before I called them. Poor communication. I noticed the fuel gage wasn't working after the fuel pump installation, they said wait it out. it always happens. it's been a month and it's still not reading. They installed a new alternator and spark-plugs/wires. And now my car is sitting in my driveway, not moving an inch because of whats most likely an alternator problem.
