While the early morning shuttle has proven to be exceptional, I was not the least bit impressed with the afternoon shuttle in Omaha. A group of nearly 80 people were waiting to be taken to the SOUTH LOT, while watching several EMPLOYEE LOT and NORTH LOT buses drive by, most virtually empty. After calling AMPCO, I was told NORTH buses were assisting the SOUTH. The evidence proved otherwise. The empty EMPLOYEE buses driving past with this many people waiting was inexcusable. Once finally picked up, the driver wouldn't allow passengers to stand, meaning 2/3 of the bus stayed empty, forcing people to wait even longer. AMPCO should at least remove the bars designed for standing passengers if they are not to be utilized in the situations they were made for.
