Employees forgot our team had scheduled a jersey party. The employee who scheduled it was off the day we showed up. They didn't have enough youth large jerseys in stock and said they'd get them in by our first game (5 days later). They never called, we called and jerseys weren't in. The VP wouldn't loan us a couple medium jerseys so our boys could play in their first game. They would however sell us $22 jerseys to hold us over, until the jerseys they failed to get in on time were delivered. Not a good business to deal with.
