i WAS CONTACT ABOUT A BILL THAT WAS DUE IN 2003 FOR THE AMOUNT OF $1,600.00 WITH A 60,00O BTU FURNACE AND A 30 GAL HOTWATER HEATER. AFTER ALL MY CALULATIONS ICAN'T COME UP WHERE TEY GET THERE AMOUNT AND NOW IT'S IN COLLECTIONS RUINING MY CREDIT.THEY HAVE NO BILLING INFO JUST PAPER WITH AN AMOUNT ON IT NO BTU USAGE, NO WATER USAGE. NOTHING.AND ACCCORDING TO THEIR OWN POLICE THEY SHUT YOU OFF EVEN IF YOUR BILL IS $100.00 SO HOW CAN THIS BE. MY ONLY THING I CAN DO IS TAKE COURT ACTION. AND LUCKLY I HAVE SOME LEGAL EXPERENCE. AND AM ABLE TO FILE THE RIGHT PAPER WORK.SO I HOPE YOU GET OUT YOUR CAULATORS AND DO THE MATH ON READING AND TIMING METERS.
