We bought our first home from Sandra Harder in 2005, she was the owner of the house from 1999 to 2005, after less than one year, we found there was a huge foundation problem, causing the basement walls movements and big cracks everywhere on the first floor ceilings and walls, we had someone from foundation company over to looked it up, and was told that foundation of the house we just bought had long history of the problems, the evidents showed it had had been trying to be fixed for many times, but obviously it was never really properly done, so the time we bought it, the basement walls were covered by some cheap wood panels and painted white, it looked nice and clean at that time. When we specifically asked about if there is any problem about the foundation or basement at all on the house, Sandra Harder checked the box'' NO", instead of being honest and give us a full closure about the basement foundation. He told us we won't have to worry about paying for lawn care because he takes care of it himself. In reality, he would only mow about once a month. The grass would be nearly a foot long before he would mow, the neighbors were not very happy about it either. He also screwed us on our deposit. My roommate and I put nearly 16 hours of cleaning each into the house, but we only received half of the deposit.
