Do not shop at this place. John the owner is a total jerk. Not sure how he stays in business. Bought a tree from him last year that died. These trees are supposed to be guaranteed for a year. When we went in there first they told us that they did not honor the guarantee due t winter kill. When I said you told us it was guaranteed for a year the lady took our name and number and said John would get call us. Of course he never did. Went back in and John tried to give us a scraggly tree that had no chance of living. When asked if he would guarantee it for a year he said no. When I told him we didn't want that tree and wanted our money back he made a statement that he could see I had an attitude. That could have only came from the lady the day before questioning her about the guarantee. He would not give us our money back, gave us store credit, and said he didn't want our business anymore. Very knowledgeable very friendly very helpful staff. Always willing to take whatever time is necessary to answer all our questions. We have many trees in our yard, but we didn't know what they were. We took leaf samples to the nursery and they helped us identify them all. Love their animal friendly environment as well. ...read more
