My experience today is THE WORST MANICURE EVER, AND THE MOST UNSANITARY KNOWN. RATING IS ACTUALLY -ZERO. I am 67, have traveled for pleasure and work. This place does not even deserve a whole star. I'm not quite sure how they are still allowed to operate. The staff is very rude, wait time is always longer than they say, dirty facility, and their product isn't the greatest quality. My story: I went to them to have my acrylics taken off and the guy helping me didn't even soak them first. He just cracked them with a nail clipper and started prying them off with the tool. Well, he was so absorbed in his tv program the he ended up gouging out a huge part of my real nail instead of the acrylic. Horrific pain!! I started bleeding instantly and he didn't even bother to put on a glove. When it was all said and done I still had to pay him $10 for taking them off.
