Not really sure how someone can stay in business by having a "bad customer" section on their website that not only lists the customer by name, but also publishes their home phone number and address. Someone tell me how unprofessional that is! And why you would patronize them to only risk being named on their list of "bad people" ? I'd rather trust the Geek Squad than this malicious place, and that should tell you something... Btw Amega, why should you be so upset at your "bad customer" for not paying her bill? You didn't preform the service she requested, and you tried to charge her anyway? Costs of doing business got you down? Maybe you can't afford it...? ...read more

I took my laptop to get a new part, i was quoted $30 aprox. They installed the part and charged me a total of 100+ for the job. I even told them I was an IT person and i could do it myself. On the phone they told me i could pick it up and they would sell me the part anyways and uninstall it. Great right? Once i got there (drove 2 hours) they uninstalled the part and refused to sell it to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ...read more
