Paul's Cycling is neither honest nor fair. I have a 1 year old Specialized Roubaix frame from Paul�s and after their technician chipped the paint from my frame (and then told me he had done it) he proceeded to lie to Paul (the owner) about what he had just said to me. Then Paul (the owner) then told me that the paint on my 1 year old bike was bubbling because� get this� I SWEAT TOO MUCH!!! Go figure.. sweating on a race bike� wouldn�t expect THAT! Anyways� All I asked for was a $20 discount on the bottom bracket I just had them install, to cover the technician�s mistake, but Paul said that is a warrantee issue and that Specialized would not cover it. ...read more
