These apartments are decent from the outside. The majority that are occupied need extensive work. When maintenance comes to make improvements they make it WORST than it was, take days or weeks to complete, when they say it will take only 1 day, and LEAVE A GRAND MESS. Please make sure that you have an understanding with the leasing office before you sign a lease as to how fast your repairs will be complete and whether you can expect your repairs to be like they found it originally or is it going to be to their standards (SUBSIDIZED HOUSING) standards. ...read more

Lost $300 worth of food due to refrigerator going out. They will not compensate me at all for my lose. There has been other issues that took longer than I would have expected to be fixed. My wife cannot ride her bike around the complex without being harassed by other people living here. If you plan on moving in here plan on going to the laundry mat. The dryer does not dry your clothes. There have been three different people running the office in a matter of a year. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
