So I wanted a new lawn mower, and after reading reviews I decided to go to Lowes to get a new Husqvarna 48" deck which cost $1800 plus tax. After I got it home I made three laps with it and the front pulley fell off. I took it back to Lowes to get fixed or replaced only to find out that they couldn't fix it and wouldn't help me out any on another lawn mower to replace it. I offered to pay the difference between the one I got and the next one up (which was only 10% off) and the department manager refused. I told him that I work 70 hours a week and didn't have time to really deal with it and didn't mind paying extra for the other, but that something should be done for the inconvenience. He said that he couldn't do anything so I returned it. No one even offered to pay for the gas that I had put in it. All I wanted was to mow my yard with a new mower. Very disappointed in Lowes Customer Service. His excuse for there bad Customer Service was that the economy was too bad. Just Sad. ...read more

We tried to get other people to do this job and after several calls and no return calls, Mike was the only one who handled this job in a timely manner and with quality.
