I had an incident with them about a month ago. I live in Carolina Beach and was parked in my lot when they tried to tow my vehicle b/c they could not see my decal thru my fogged window. My boyfriend came to get me b/c he saw them back up to my car and had yelled down to them. I ran down yelling to them that I had a pass and they lifted my car anyway! I was then told I had to pay a $50 drop fee, when they lifted my car after being yelled at! Today 5/28 I watched them lift a vehicle in the same parking lot where I reside and DID NOT charge a $50 drop fee to the owner of that vehicle! I guess because I was a female they thought they could get one over on me & they did, but little do they know that I do pay attention and I will handle this through the town of Carolina Beach! So, females be very careful when dealing with them! They will swindle you b/c they think you dont know any better . . . my suggestion . . . always have a man with you!
