My daughter's boyfriend bought a sea doo from this establishment, thinking he could trust the owner. He had to put down money on the boat to be held until he got a loan. The owner had told him about a part that it needed, and that he had contacted sea doo and found out it would only cost 200.00 more to get it. The boy caught the loan and paid for the boat. After getting it back home, he took to get part and sea doo told him they did not make that part anymore. We contacted the seller and he stated he wouldn't do nothing to help us find the part. Well the boy went to register the trailer today and could not because seller did not put price on title. He contacted seller to see if they would just send new paper. The seller said know he would not and didn't have time. Do not buy from this seller. Store was more than helpful in acquiring the UTV we purchased for 9,500.00. However once we returned home, the unit would not shift correctly or stay in gear. Multiple calls to the dealership resulted in no assistance. I returned to the dealership (2.5 hours away) and after two hours was informed that I had to leave the unit as there was nonfunctional parts that had to be ordered. I returned 3 weeks later to pick up the unit only to be charged 100.00 for the repair. Normally this would not be an issue however I informed them that the unit was defective from day one (as our call history indicates) however they said they were not responsible for service.
