I took a $1,200 Laptop to them. They said one of my fans had quit working. Tommy the owner said he would look at it and he determined that the fan was not working, and it was from me running Norton Anti-Virus, But assured me the machine would work fine with one fan. So he being the "Computer Guy" he's supposed to be I took him at his word. So I paid my $100 bill and went on my way. I travel and had noticed the Laptop not working correctly and took it to a Toshiba repair service center. There they opened up my computer only to tell me that the motherboard had melted from heat where the fan was not working. So now I am out a $1,200 Laptop... Thanks Hymosa!!! O and Norton doesn't turn off fans. ...read more
