In 2013, I purchased a Samsung notebook at this Staples store. In the summer of 2015, the notebook no longer was charging. I took it to the store to see if they could determine if the battery was dead or if the charging cord or junction were faulty. They had no cord adapter the proper size to fit the computer. They recommended Radio Shack. No adapter to fit there either so I took it to Best Buy. Same story. When I purchased this notebook, I was shown only the box that the computer came in, and was told to return the next day when they would have transferred my data from my old computer to the 'new' one. When I picked up the computer, I noticed they no longer had the floor model on display. I purchased a Samsung notebook at Staples in 2013. It stopped charging in the summer of 2015. I took it to the store because they are said to set up, keep you running and do repairs. They did not have the proper sized cord connector to test the computer and referred me to Radio Shack; same story there and they referred me to Best Buy..same story. When I bought this computer, I suspected that they gave me the floor model as thearea around the key pad was somewhat worn and when I returned to pick it up after they did a data transfer from my old computer, the floor model was gone. I wanted 1000 business cards and sent an email with my logo to the ""graphics dept"" all I needed them to do was add the name and web address. They could not match the font or the color but went ahead and printed the cards without calling me. They required the entire payment up front and when I went to pick up the cards they were paper thin (not good card stock) and the color they added didn't match. I wanted a re-print but instead of fix the mistake, Suzi (the owner and self-professed ""Queen Bee"") finally agreed to issue a refund 14 days later! She was rude, unprofessional and threatened to sue me for slander if I left them a bad review!! Cornerstone Printing doesn't seem to care about quality, service, or customers! ...read more
