I'm a big supporter of locally-owned, small businesses, however this company was a huge disappointment. I made a morning appointment so that the countertops could be measured before going to work. That morning no one showed up as scheduled. When I called Becky, at the office, she said that she couldn't find my phone number to inform me that they could not measure my countertops as scheduled, because one of their workers called in sick. That should have been my first clue... But again- I wanted to support local, small business, so I rescheduled... In June 2013, they tore out the existing countertop and in doing so a portion of the side panel on one of the lower cabinets was damaged.
