Had issues with my vehicle and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I had the owner at Import Auto Pro look at the issue and was able to identify the issue and fix the problem that day. My wife and I have previously taken our vehicles here for all repairs without any issues. I'm not sure if I just had an isolated problem or what, but I was very dissatisfied with the service I received this time. I was told that it would probably require 2 days of work for my car to be repaired. I explained that this would be difficult since I use my car for work. I arranged to find 2 days by borrowing a car for one and taking a day off for the other. On the second day, I had to call twice only to be told shortly before closing that they hadn't even begun working on my car. This was the 2nd time I had brought it in for the same issue, and I consulted with them once before actually leaving it. I was made to feel like it was my fault, and no apology was offered for the huge inconvenience and financial loss their lack of customer service caused me. we purchased a 2013 dodge journey and we are so pleased with our experience over at chris leith dodge. We are repeat customers, this is the 4th car my husband and I have purchased from there and my inlaws buy from there as well. The people there are helpful, polite and very knowledgeable.
