They have by far the worse service I have ever encountered in a pharmacy. They are too lazy to do their jobs in the pharmacy. Do not go here. They rarely have common drugs in stock more less unusual or brand names. They refuse to take any extra steps like calling another pharmacy to get information. They have never had my mother's RXs filled on time. And the last straw was when they refused to be of any assistance in getting information I needed to fill my baby's RX for antibiotics. Needless to say I am sticking with CVS and transferred his RX out of there. I have been to this spa on 2 separate occasions, once in Thomasville and once in their new Winston-Salem location where Elements used to be. The price was cheap but so was the quality of the services I received. They burned me with their laser. I don't think they know what they're doing.
