This place has excellent service and care for it's patients. When it comes to insurance they know how to fill out all the forms to get you the most out of your claim. I've been to two other doctor's before coming Family Eye Care, every year I pay out of pocket, but this was the first year that my same insurance paid for everything...something wrong with other practices billing! My whole family now goes here, this is simply a kind, caring practice! Thank you for making my yearly visit not so stressful! ...read more

I took my 6 year old daughter here to have her first real eye exam. She was very nervous as was I as I have had problems in the past and hoped that she wouldn't. We saw Jennifer Flaherty and she was WONDERFUL with my daughter. She informed her about everything and kept a smile on my daughters face through most of the appointment (the eye drops got to her) and I was REALLY excited that they also took medicaid. I was also very happy with the woman who helped us with glasses. She gave praise for how my child looked in glasses, answered all of my questions and chatted with my child as well. They also have a place for the children to color and play which is nice if you have to bring your child in. The nurses and all of the staff we very friendly and warm and very very reassuring to my daughter. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service and friendliness towards children and adults. ...read more
