The owner of this shop stands by the products that he sells. I had a shut off problem with the rainbow that I had purchased from him. I called him and he told me to bring it to him so I did. I learned that the machine has a reset switch that you press because it will automatically turn off if you accidently get a rug caught up in the roller (a safety feature). I felt so silly!
