Recently our company purchased a new copier from Pro Office Solutions and we couldn't be more pleased! The customer service was excellent, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about Xerox products, and we ended up purchasing a newer machine while cutting costs at the same time. Went to this store because sprint customer service instructed me to do so. manager took 2 personal calls when she was supposed to be helping me. She refused to pull up my account or even touch my phone and kept trying to send me to another store. was very confrontational and demeaning. spoke using slang words.
